Azifast (Azithromycin 2%)

Description

Azifast 2% Gel is a macrolide antibiotic that is used to treat acne vulgaris. It is a common skin condition caused by an obstruction of the skin’s hair follicles. Acne-causing microorganisms are Staphylococcus aureus and Propionibacterium cane. It might show up on the face, back, or chest. Blackheads (open clogged pores), whiteheads (closed plugged pores), tiny pustules with pus, or painful lumps beneath the skin may be present. Children under the age of 12 should not take Azifast 2% Gel.
